A fading former child star takes a questionable endorsement deal and heads to South America with his best friend, only to wind up at a bizarre roadside freak show run by a deranged scientist. After a disastrous detour leaves them changed in ways they never expected, they have to survive a world of sideshow oddities, corporate scheming, and increasingly chaotic confrontations. Ricky tries to escape Freek Land and stop Skuggs before things get even worse.
